受賞のコメント 

I am really happy to be awarded in the poster competition of ICMBB 2016, this is the first time I won something in a conference. I would like to thanks everyone who assists me in the research especially Bessho sensei and Matsui sensei for their kind and patient supervision. It’s nice to get reward for the research but I think the biggest reward I obtained is the knowledge, skills and attitude I learnt as well as the fun time I have when working on the project in Bessho lab.






受賞時の発表内容 

My research is about characterization of extracellular signal-regulated kinase (Erk) signaling pathway during zebrafish embryonic development. Erk signaling pathway is one of the conserved pathway among vertebrates and play critical roles in cell proliferation, differentiation, survival etc. However, its function during embryogenesis is still not fully understood. Erk activation dynamics during embryogenesis development are hard to be monitored by traditional immunostaining methods due to the rapid signal dynamics. We successfully generated a Tg[ef1α:EKAREV-NES] zebrafish line and characterized the spatio-temporal activation dynamics of Erk signaling during embryogenesis.
