On March 22, there was a degree conferment ceremony. A farewell party was also held on the same evening in Namba, Osaka. Five students graduated, three from the doctoral program and two from the master's program. Congratulation!

10/10 We enjoyed hiking at Oishi-kogen Highland in Wakayama Prefecture, but we were not able to find Phtheirospermum japonicum or Pedicularis resupinata.

9/10 Kawai (D2) received the Awarded young scientist on the 30th annual meeting of Japanese Society of Plant Microbe Interactions. Congratulations!

8/2-8/6 SSH (Nishiyamato-gakuen high school) students came to our lab to exprerience the biological experiment.
