About Laboratory
Welcome! The Laboratory of Microbial Interaction was newly established in April 2023.
Our research focuses on the behavior and interactions of microorganisms, especially YEAST, which is a representative producer of fermented foods such as alcoholic beverages and bread. By understanding eukaryotic cellular systems and harnessing the power of microorganisms, we aim to contribute to delicious and healthy food technology.
